WCHS places third at UC German Day

WCHS German students competed at the University of Cincinnati in the university’s annual UC German Day. Out of around 15-20 schools, WCHS placed third.
Competitors included: Katlyn Poulsen, Connie Sinks, Sophie Massie, Amber Tankersley, Maris Brewer, Paige Johnson-McGill, Abby Allain, Spencer McNally, Josh Kimberlin, Lee Yancey, and Anneliese Blevins

Anneliese Blevins won second place in poetry recitation for beginners, and Sophia Massie placed second in advanced reading.
