How to Decorate a Graduation Cap Correctly | Tassel Depot

With a month left in school -less for Seniors- It’s time to get your butt in gear and start planning your graduation, calling off days -for those who work- and making sure you’re ready to take a leap of faith into this new stage of life. 

Starting off Seniors in April is when things get real.

April 7th: This is a senior meeting that is very important. It will be a review of end–of–the–year activities along with cap and gown pass outs for CTC students (ONLY CTC KIDS!!) You’ll also be reminded to pay your school fees so you can graduate.

April 17-21: This is when Seniors will be allowed to sign up for small group practice in room 307 for May 24th. Don’t forget you can vote for your speakers on Friday!

May 3rd: Senior Solo Auditions, Auditions start at 7:30 am

May 5th: This will be the early dismissal for Prom along with Senior signing day. The day will have your caps and gowns handed out before you go. 

May 22-24: This will be for Senior Exams 

May 24th: This is yet another Small group practice, (MAKE SURE TO SHOW UP ON TIME!![ This practice will be done 1-3 period and 5-6]) Also please make sure fees are paid and you’ve made all the graduation requirements. This will be the last day teachers will update the Senior’s grades.

May 25th: This is for the Senior picnic along with a MANDATORY Large group practice, this is when seating charts will be issued and it WILL be after the picnic

May 26th: This is the Senior’s breakfast that will be hosted at 7:15 am along with the Honors Assembly, it is highly encouraged to doll yourself up along with earring your cap and gown. This is when you’ll throw your caps so PLEASE make sure you are wearing your cap and gown and look pretty/handsome.

Now Finally June 1st, The long-awaited graduation, there will be a mandatory practice before so get there by 9:45 please be on time. Please listen to the instructions given by the teachers and make sure to pay attention for additional information please see Mrs. Carlisle in room 307.
