Well-known WCHS substitute teacher Mr.Bullis left our Pirate family when he passed away on September 20. “It was a shock to me. He was an awesome guy, as a substitute and an all around person,” senior Ryan Wasky commented. Students only had positive things to say about Mr. Bullis, a popular person throughout the school. Students and staff seem to have loved him and his presence.

“Every time he came in with a smile on his face,” sophomore Lauren Haye said. “He always wore his cute little sweaters and always chewed his gum,” senior Shelby Jordan added.

“He was the best substitute teacher ever. I liked the way he ran his class. He is going to be missed,” senior Tyler Cokeley added. Senior Daniel Price said, “He always said ‘Hi’ to kids in the hall.”

“Favorite substitute. We love and miss you,” junior Corrina Philbeck mentions.

Mr. Bullis was overall a great substitute teacher and a great guy. He loved the students and he always had a positive attitude when you walked into class. The staff and students of WCHS wish Mr.Bullis’ family our love and prayers as we remember such a wonderful substitute teacher.
