Second Exemption Process
- Students can not have accumulated 20 hours or more of unexcused absence time.
- Students can not have any suspension days.
- Students must have earned an 80% or higher for quarter Three and quarter Four
(no averaging)
Exemption procedures
- We will email the staff the names of the students who have 20 hours or more of unexcused
absences (5/20/24)
- We will email the staff the names of students who have been suspended during the second semester
(5/20/24)
- Ms. Sanders will share a Google sheet where every teacher has a tab. Create your
exemption list in the Google sheet.
- Teachers will create their exemption list using Third and Fourth quarter grades.
- Teachers will communicate in class and via email to students of their exemption
status by 5/23/24
