We have a lot of things happening at WCHS in the months of March and April.
March 9th through the 12th is Quarter exams
We will begin our 3rd quarter exams on Friday, March 6th, and finish the schedule on March 12th. There will be no make ups after March 12th, so students need to be in attendance and prepared for exams.
March 10th: ACT
Attention Parents and Guardians, on MARCH 10th, 2026, we will proctor the ACT at the high school. Those students who registered to take the ACT will report to school by 7:50 AM on March 10th. Students who are not registered will have a REMOTE LEARNING DAY.
Only students who are registered for the ACT will be in the building. All other students will work from home during the REMOTE LEARNING DAY.
March 13th: QPT Day for Staff
Students are off on Friday March 13th for staff development day. This is the last day for staff development for the year.
March 16th: Cultural Celebration
Students will perform their cultural celebration for parents and family members at 6:30 PM in the auditorium.
March 30th through April 6th: Spring Break
Friday March 27th is the last day of classes until April 6th. Students return April 7th.
Prom Information
Students (defined as any student whose home school is WCHS) receiving 5 days or more of suspension during the school year will not be allowed to attend Prom and/or After-prom. Students must also have the handbook receipt form turned into the 100s office and ALL FINAL FORMS completed prior to Prom to be permitted to attend Prom. Outside guest information will be shared prior to the sale of Prom tickets.
April is Assessment Month
Report Times
- When students have End of Course Exams, they can ride the bus at the regular time and will ride the bus home at the regular time.
2. When students DO NOT HAVE End of Course Exams, the buses will begin their runs at 9:45 AM. Student drivers and Parent drop off should be no later than 10:20 AM
